CARE - Thailand
CARE fights poverty and inequality by providing emergency humanitarian and development assistance in more than 100 countries. Because women and girls are the first victims of inequality, CARE places them at the heart of its programs.
The “Enhancing Childhood Development through School and Community Empowerment” project aims to strengthen the educational capacities and quality of early childhood development centers and primary schools serving children aged 3 to 8 from isolated and poor communities in seven provinces in Thailand.
The objective is to provide educational tools, improve the physical facilities of primary centers and schools and give educators, parents, and communities the means to support child development. The project is carried out in collaboration with Raks Thai Foundation, a local non-profit organization and CARE network member.
